Qualifications

• 3+ years of food and beverage management experience, preferably in a resort or hotel setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service and operational results

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations across outlets within the resort
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve service excellence and operational efficiency
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and ensure compliance with property standards
