A well-established luxury hotel seeks a pastry chef to oversee all things pastry on property.
 
Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive pastry leadership experience in luxury hotels or fine dining establishments.
• Proven ability to develop innovative pastry menus while maintaining cost control and compliance with health regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach to team development.

 
Responsibilities:

• Oversee all pastry and bakery operations for the hotel's restaurants, banquets, café, and In-Room Dining.
• Collaborate with Executive Chefs to create seasonal, high-quality pastry menus.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene across all pastry and baking outlets.
