A luxury property in Braselton, GA is looking for an incredible Executive Chef for their property! 
 
Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership culinary role; luxury hotel experience strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of food production, labor management, budgeting, and kitchen operations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.

 
Responsibilities:

• Lead daily kitchen operations, including restaurant outlets, banquets, stewarding, and purchasing.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a cost-effective, high-quality, and compliant manner.
