Location: Virginia Beach, VA(No Relo)
Salary: $75,000 – $80,000

An elevated Mexican restaurant opening in Virginia Beach is seeking an Executive Sous Chefs to help lead BOH operations in a high-volume, scratch kitchen environment.
 
Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of senior-level sous or exec sous experience in high-volume, upscale Latin or chef-driven kitchens
• Strong systems background (prep, ordering, scheduling, food & labor cost controls)
• Positive, collaborative leadership style and the ability to build and train teams
• Strong communication skills and experience with new restaurant openings

Responsibilities:

• Support the Executive Chef with all culinary operations and execution
• Lead daily production, quality control, and kitchen organization
• Train and mentor back-of-house staff to uphold brand and culinary standards
• Assist in menu execution, inventory, ordering, and systems implementation
• Collaborate with FOH leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience
