A high volume restaurant is looking for a great Executive Sous Chef to run their operations in Des Moines, ID! 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Executive Sous Chef/Chef De Cuisine Experience 
• High volume experience a must 
• Great leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all back-of-house operations, including prep, line execution, and expo
• Ensure all recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards are consistently followed
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation in compliance with health regulations and company guidelines
