Qualifications: 

• Must have at least 3 years in a fine dining restaurant 
• No job hoppers- 2+ years in last role. 

 
Responsibilities: 

•  Set the pace and lead lunch and dinner services.
• Oversee receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries.
• Serve as the go-to resource for cooks on sauces, textures, and temperatures.
• Uphold and enforce the highest standards of food quality and kitchen cleanliness.
