The Marketing Operations Manager plays a key role in driving the success of a casino property by overseeing the execution and performance of marketing campaigns, promotions, and player development initiatives. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives while delivering measurable results and exceptional guest engagement.
 
Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in casino marketing, operations, or related field
• Strong analytical and project management skills with a data-driven approach
• Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily marketing operations including promotions, campaigns, and loyalty programs
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI
• Lead, train, and support the marketing team to ensure effective execution and guest satisfaction
