Sous Chef 
Location: Charlotte, NC 
Salary: $60-75K 

A hospitality group based out of Charlotte, NC who are committed to giving guest an incredible experience in a relaxed comfortable environment, while also working with local purveyors and building long lasting relationships in the community. They are a farm to table wood fire concept who's menu changes every day. 
 
Requirements:

• 3+ years of Sous Chef experience.
• Upscale/ chef driven concept experience a must.
• Strong leadership and development skills.
• High volume experience a must.

Expectations:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
• Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of all ingredients.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to create seasonal menus that highlight local produce and sustainable ingredients
