Assistant Director of People & Culture
Location: Naples, Florida
Salary: $95,000 – $100,000

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of HR leadership experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting, preferably Forbes Five Star.
• Strong knowledge of labor compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS (Workday preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Director of People & Culture to oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and team engagement
• Serve as a strategic HR leader and daily on-site resource for team members and department heads
• Lead wellness initiatives, employee recognition programs, and internal communication strategies
• Oversee HR systems, payroll coordination, and compliance with local labor laws
• Mentor and manage a small P&C team, maintaining high standards for service, confidentiality, and culture
