Qualifications

• 5+ years of culinary management experience in fine dining or Michelin-level kitchens
• Strong cooking fundamentals and attention to detail
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Experience with food/labor costing, ordering, and inventory

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and lead savory dinner service
• Support menu development and recipe creation
• Manage and mentor kitchen staff
• Ensure quality, cleanliness, and efficiency across all culinary areas
