A upscale country club is looking for an Executive Chef to run day to operations!
 
Qualifications 

• 5+ years of senior leadership experience 
• Luxury hotel experience or upscale country club/upscale full service restaurant experience a plus  
• Ability to work in a high volume environment and multi unit operations 

Responsibilities 

• Lead and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. Create and maintain a high-performing team through training, development, and mentorship.
• Design and implement innovative and seasonal menus that reflect the club's standards of quality and variety, while considering member preferences and dietary needs.
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency. Maintain cleanliness and safety in all kitchen areas, adhering to health department regulations.
