Popular NYC Restaurant Group seeks an Executive Sous Chef - Location TBD
 
Qualifications:

• Must have 3-5 years of experience in a comparable restaurant environment.

Experience:

• Greenmarket experience is a must - should be comfortable working with locally sourced ingredients.
• Strong line cook capabilities - ability to lead and execute high-quality service in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Proficient in ordering, line checks, and quality control.
• Fabrication skills (or willingness to learn) are a plus.
• Proven ability to expedite up to 700 covers per service in a high-volume kitchen.
• Experience with the Block System is a plus.
