Real Estate Associate
Location: Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands
Salary: $80k + commission, $1500/month housing stipend

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury real estate or resort residential sales.
• Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, relationship management, and detail-oriented execution.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is required. Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the sales strategy in alignment with the Real Estate Director and Sales Manager
• Manage leads, inquiries, and CRM entries; conduct tours for prospects, day visitors, and villa guests
• Support sales closing process, AML documentation, and legal coordination
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive lead generation and nurture relationships
• Represent the brand at onsite/offsite events, trade shows, and social functions
• Maintain property listings, sales data, villa history, and related documentation
• Actively network, attend resort meetings and trainings, and support guest arrivals/departures as needed
• Uphold Oil Nut Bay's core values in all interactions and activities
