Qualifications:

• Experience leading teams of 20+ people
• Understands Forbes standards
• 5+ years Front Office experience in a luxury hotel setting
• Understands hospitality software programs including Opera, POS, and Infor

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day front desk operations, ensuring smooth coordination with housekeeping, reservations, and guest services.
• Handle guest concerns swiftly and professionally; manage VIP arrivals, special requests, and personalized guest experiences.
• Ensure a seamless, welcoming, and personalized check-in and check-out experience, while maintaining the highest level of service for all guests.
