Well-established restaurant group looking for a Corporate Operations Manager 
 
Qualifications

• 8-10 years in a #1 culinary leadership role above Executive Chef or Corporate Culinary Trainer - Proven multi-unit operations experience — independent restaurant groups strongly preferred over large corporate chains  
• Able to run high-volume businesses — $7M+ annual revenue 
• Deep understanding of menu costing, rollouts, training, new store openings - Systems-focused, highly organized, confident — must be able to be the boss while staying approachable
• Strong record of accountability, competitive drive, clear communication, and loyalty 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multi-unit culinary operations, driving consistency in food quality, menu development, seasonal rollouts, and cost management across all locations.
• Lead, train, and mentor BOH teams, developing Executive Chefs and Sous Chefs through robust training programs, SOPs, and hands-on coaching to maintain high standards.
• Ensure operational excellence, managing food and labor costs, maintaining health and safety compliance, and improving systems for efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, partnering with Operations, FOH, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support new store openings, vendor sourcing, and brand initiatives.
