Job Title: Executive Chef

Position Summary:
The Executive Chef is responsible for all kitchen operations, menu development, cost controls, and culinary leadership. This role requires deep knowledge of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, strong leadership and training capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest food quality standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Source premium and sustainable ingredients, building relationships with top purveyors.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the back-of-house team, creating a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with ownership and front-of-house leadership on guest feedback, events, and culinary strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or CDC in an upscale or fine dining setting.
• Expertise in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine required.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and mentoring skills.
