Location: Livingston, TX
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 + 5% Target Bonus

The Executive Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in leading culinary operations across a casino property, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency throughout multiple kitchen venues. This role is key to team supervision, daily execution, and upholding high-volume service standards.
 
Qualifications

• 4+ years of culinary leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a Sous or Executive Sous Chef role.
• Experience in high-volume kitchens, preferably within casino, resort, or multi-outlet environments.
• Strong skills in team management, food safety compliance, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, supporting execution and staff performance.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, food cost control, and quality assurance.
• Lead and develop culinary staff while maintaining high standards for cleanliness and consistency.
