Executive Sous Chef
Location: Barbados
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + bonus

Requirements: Must have prior experience working in the Caribbean. A strong background in farm-to-table and sea-to-table cuisine is essential, along with proven expertise in seasonal menu development, team mentorship, and kitchen financials, including food and labor cost control.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily BOH operations in collaboration with the Executive Chef
• Oversee prep, service execution, scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness standards
• Play a lead role in menu development aligned with seasonal and local sourcing
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure product consistency and quality
• Drive COGS success through disciplined costing, purchasing, and labor efficiency
• Mentor and inspire a diverse kitchen team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Uphold brand standards of sustainability, ingredient integrity, and creative expression
