Restaurant General Manager - Napa
Location: Yountville, California
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 + bonus
Relocation: Local candidates only

Lead a new wine country café concept rooted in seasonal cuisine, warm hospitality, and elevated Napa Valley charm.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in luxury or fine dining restaurants, preferably in wine-driven markets like Napa Valley. Strong knowledge of chef-driven cuisine, guest service excellence, and team development. Experience with Forbes Five Star or Relais & Châteaux standards strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee FOH operations, shaping service culture and daily execution
• Collaborate with the Chef and leadership to deliver a standout guest experience
• Lead and train the FOH team, driving service standards, talent development, and morale
• Manage financial performance, including labor, cost control, and budgeting
• Actively engage with guests and community partners, serving as a brand ambassador
• Support events and initiatives while ensuring brand alignment
