Resort Assistant Manager
Location: Naples, Florida
Salary: $80k – 90k

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in luxury hotel or resort settings
• Strong leadership, guest-service focus, and proficiency with property management (PMS) systems

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily resort operations, supporting department heads across rooms, F&B, and activities
• Manage staffing, scheduling, guest relations, and guest issue resolution
• Drive team performance, conduct training, and assist with hiring and onboarding
• Monitor and assist with departmental budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Act as the on-site senior operational leader in managers’ absence
