Salary: $60,000-$70,000 Annually

Premium catering company seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily production, logistics, and team performance.
 
Qualifications:
 

• 3-5+ years culinary leadership in premium catering, hospitality, or high-end foodservice (Sous Chef/CDC/Kitchen Ops backgrounds welcome)
• Strong production planning, quality control, and working knowledge of food safety/health regulations
• Proven ability to manage labor, inventory, purchasing, and coaching/training kitchen teams
• Valid driver's license/clean driving record; local Scottsdale/Phoenix candidates only—no relocation assistance

 
Responsibilities:

• Drive daily kitchen production from prep through final packaging, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and on-time fulfillment
• Lead, train, and schedule culinary and support teams while enforcing SOPs, sanitation, and safety standards
• Manage inventory, ordering/receiving, cost controls (labor/food), and operational reporting in support of profitability
• Coordinate logistics and service recovery, maintain equipment/facility readiness, and support a flexible schedule (weekends/holidays as needed)
