Salary: $80,000-$100,000 Base

Classic American Diner seeks an AGM/Restaurant Manager to assist in leading daily restaurant operations.
Qualifications:

• Positive, people-focused, and detail oriented with a passion for hospitality
• Leadership or management experience preferred (not required)
• Willing to learn all FOH/BOH positions during an 8-week paid training program
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

Responsibilities:

• Complete paid 8-week cross-training across service, support, expo, ordering, prep, and line operations
• Support daily shifts by coaching teams, maintaining standards, and ensuring excellent guest experiences
• Assist with inventory ordering, prep/production processes, and operational checklists
• Help drive performance through organization, consistency, and attention to detail
