A modern American grill concept in Virginia Beach is looking for a Sous Chef to support BOH operations! 
 
Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of sous chef or kitchen supervisor experience in full-service, polished casual restaurants
• Strong fundamentals in prep management, line execution, and team leadership
• Ability to maintain high food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations alongside the Exec Chef and Sous team
• Lead kitchen staff during prep and service shifts
• Maintain consistent food quality and ensure timely execution
• Uphold inventory and cleanliness standards
• Assist in training and onboarding of hourly BOH staff
