A full-service hotel is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to support daily  operations in their restaurant.
 
 
Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of Sous Chef or kitchen leadership experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, or banquet environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Experience in high-volume kitchens with a focus on consistency and execution.
• Comfortable working all shifts including weekends and holidays

 
Responsibilities:

• Support the Executive Chef in all daily kitchen operations including prep, service, and execution
• Supervise and lead kitchen staff to ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and food cost control
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards
