Upscale, high-volume restaurant seeks an Executive Chef to lead culinary vision, BOH leadership, and financial performance.


Qualifications:

• 8-15+ years of progressive culinary leadership in high-volume kitchens.
• Fine dining and/or high-end Asian cuisine experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership, food/labor controls, and purchasing discipline.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop large BOH teams with consistent standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all BOH operations and culinary strategy while maintaining brand standards across service.
• Lead hiring, training, and development to elevate execution, culture, and team performance.
• Manage food and labor cost targets, vendor relationships, and purchasing oversight.
• Develop seasonal menus and special programming while ensuring consistent plating, portioning, and quality control.
