Location: The Catskills, NY
Salary: $120,000- $130,000

The General Manager will oversee all dining and beverage operations for a James Beard nominated restaurant and resort property. Ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence across multiple outlets. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive F&B management experience, a strong financial acumen, and the ability to inspire and lead large, diverse teams while upholding high service standards.
 
Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership in food and beverage management, preferably in luxury resort or hotel environments
• Proven success in multi-outlet operations, financial performance, and guest satisfaction
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a passion for hospitality

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all food and beverage outlets, banquet operations, and beverage programs
• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue, control costs, and enhance guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and mentor management teams to deliver service excellence and support career development
