The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for leading all food and beverage operations for a multi-outlet casino property in King of Prussia. This role oversees restaurant, bar, and banquet operations while driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences. The position requires a hands-on leadership style, actively engaging with teams on the floor to ensure service excellence and operational consistency.
 
Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Director of Food & Beverage or senior F&B leader in a multi-outlet hospitality or casino environment
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor costs, and revenue performance
• Hands-on leadership approach with the ability to develop teams and drive service standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring quality, consistency, and profitability
• Lead and develop management teams while maintaining high standards of guest service and operational execution
• Drive financial performance through cost controls, revenue strategies, and collaboration with property leadership
