Looking for next-level General Manager to lead the opening of an exciting new fine dining steak/seafood restaurant concept.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a General Manager in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
Proven success leading a restaurant opening from pre-opening through launch
Full P&L accountability with demonstrated revenue growth and profitability results
Strong knowledge of labor forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
Experience managing annual revenues of $5M+ preferred
Ability to recruit, hire, train, and retain a high-performing FOH leadership team
Strong background in service standards development and execution
Demonstrated ability to drive guest satisfaction and repeat business
