Director of Restaurants and Bars overseeing all food and beverage operations for a multi-outlet property. This role is operationally focused, guest-driven, and responsible for driving consistency, financial performance, and service excellence across diverse dining concepts.
 
Qualifications

• 3+ years of Independent or upscale restaurants in a GM or above capacity.
• $6 million + Revenue
• Exeperience in banquets
• Experience with remodels or new restaurants a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support oversight of all F&B outlets, ensuring service standards, quality, and guest satisfaction
• Assist with budgeting, labor controls, and operational efficiencies across the property
• Lead, coach, and develop management teams while supporting training and compliance initiatives
