The Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all bar and beverage operations for a casino property in Central California. This role ensures high-quality beverage execution, strong financial performance, and an engaging guest experience across multiple outlets in a fast-paced gaming environment.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Beverage Manager or Bar Manager in a high-volume restaurant, nightlife, or casino setting
• Strong knowledge of beverage programs, inventory control, and cost management
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate teams in a high-energy, service-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily beverage operations across bars and service outlets, ensuring quality and consistency
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet financial targets
• Lead, train, and develop bar teams while maintaining compliance with safety and alcohol service regulations
