The Restaurant Manager / Assistant General Manager is responsible for leading daily operations of a steakhouse located within a casino property. This role partners with senior leadership to drive guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance in a high-energy, high-volume environment.
 
Qualifications

• Proven restaurant management experience in an upscale or high-volume steakhouse environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop FOH teams
• Solid understanding of labor management, cost controls, and guest service standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service and seamless execution
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance accountability for service teams
• Support financial goals through labor control, revenue optimization, and guest retention initiatives
