The Pastry Chef is responsible for leading all pastry and dessert operations for a full-service resort property. This role oversees production for multiple outlets, banquets, and special events, while driving creativity, consistency, and financial performance in a high-volume environment.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a resort, hotel, or high-volume multi-outlet property
• Strong technical expertise in plated desserts, bread production, and large-scale banquet execution
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and develop pastry teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pastry operations across restaurants, banquets, and special events
• Develop innovative dessert menus while maintaining quality, consistency, and cost controls
• Lead, schedule, and mentor the pastry team to ensure operational excellence and brand standards
