Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Exec Sous/CDC/Executive Chef experience
• High Volume Experience
• Fine-Dining Experience
• Accolade such as James Beard award nominee ideal

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all restaurant operations, including staffing, service standards, and execution.
• Lead service standards, training, oversee guest service
• Manage ordering, inventory, cost controls
