This role oversees all marketing verticals including player development, database marketing, digital, advertising, promotions, and strategic partnerships, with a strong focus on measurable ROI and market share growth.
 
Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive casino marketing leadership experience, with executive-level oversight
• Proven success driving gaming revenue, player acquisition, and database growth in a competitive market
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large marketing budgets and performance-driven strategies

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase gaming revenue, market share, and brand visibility
• Lead cross-functional teams across player development, digital marketing, advertising, and promotions
