culinary techniques, ingredients, and cuisines

Responsibilities
Oversee All Culinary for ALL Bowery Group Restaurants
Responsible for all food related financials
Oversees ALL training & development
Oversees ALL HR rules, regulations, and guidelines are followed
In charge of safety and equipment maintenance.
Develops strong communication with FOH Team
Works with Social Media and Promotion
