2+ years as Executive Sous Chef/Chef de Cuisine or 3-5 years as Sous Chef,
Fine dining experience with strong Asian Fusion/Asian cuisine background,
Creative, hands-on leader with proven training and team development strength.
Experience supporting high-volume operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily kitchen execution in a high-volume, fine dining environment with consistent quality and speed.
Drive menu development and creative specials rooted in Asian Fusion, while maintaining food and labor standards.
Train, coach, and mentor BOH team; enforce recipes, prep systems, and service standards.
Partner with leadership on ordering, inventory, and sanitation to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
