Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of kitchen management experience in elevated, high-volume dining.
• Eager Sous Chef looking to take the next step
• Catering experience highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delegating and completing prep work, inventory
• Manage team of 5+
• Multi-unit F&B operation
