Upscale, high-volume new restaurant opening in NYC seeks a Bar Manager to lead the beverage program and elevate the guest experience.
Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of food and beverage management experience in elevated, high-volume dining.
• Strong leadership with the ability to hire, train, and manage a large FOH/bar team.
• Solid beverage knowledge across cocktails, wine, and spirits with a service-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all beverage/bar operations, including staffing, service standards, and execution.
• Lead floor coverage and ensure exceptional guest experience during high-volume service (300+ covers/day).
• Manage ordering, inventory, cost controls, and cleanliness/compliance for the bar program.
