2-3+ years of food and beverage management experience in elevated, high-volume dining.
Strong leadership with the ability to hire, train, and manage a large FOH/bar team.
Solid beverage knowledge across cocktails, wine, and spirits with a service-driven mindset.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all beverage/bar operations, including staffing, service standards, and execution.
Lead floor coverage and ensure exceptional guest experience during high-volume service (300+ covers/day).
Manage ordering, inventory, cost controls, and cleanliness/compliance for the bar program.
