Has Managed a team of 6 to 8 cooks and stewards
Steakhouse experience and Asian cuisine is a plus
Hotel restaurant experience generating more than 4 million in F&B revenues
Good tenure, no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
A culinary degree is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage budgets, labor, and inventory to control costs and maximize departmental profitability.
Ensure quality and consistency in food preparation, presentation, and guest experience, including tastings for events.
Must have proven culinary expertise with extensive food knowledge, strong organizational abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
