Seeking an experienced chef to run multi-outlet operations at a well-established mountain lodge. 
 
Qualifications

• Proven Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience in an upscale hotel or restaurant environment.
• Strong financial management skills (food cost, labor cost, menu engineering).
• Experience overseeing multi-outlet operations (restaurant, lounge, banquets, breakfast).

 
Responsibilities

• Lead all kitchen operations across restaurant, bar, banquets, and breakfast service.
• Develop seasonal menus and special event offerings; create innovative dishes and recipes.
• Analyze recipes and assign pricing based on food, labor, and overhead costs.
