High-end, high-volume restaurant seeks Sous Chef to support BOH execution, standards, and luxury service excellence; local candidates only.
Qualifications:

• 3-6+ years fine dining experience with strong technical execution.
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail across prep and service.
• Leadership experience preferred, with ability to train and mentor junior cooks.
• Calm, organized, and consistent under pressure in high-end service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise line cooks and prep team during service to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain recipe integrity, plating standards, and consistent quality on every dish.
• Support inventory, ordering, and cost controls to protect performance targets.
• Uphold sanitation, food safety compliance, and luxury hospitality standards.
