Qualifications:
8-15+ years of progressive culinary leadership in high-volume kitchens.
Fine dining and/or high-end Asian cuisine experience strongly preferred.
Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and cost controls.
Proven ability to lead, train, and develop large BOH teams.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all BOH operations and culinary strategy while maintaining brand standards.
Lead hiring, training, and development to elevate execution and team performance.
Manage food and labor cost targets, vendor partnerships, and purchasing oversight.
Develop seasonal menus and special programming while ensuring plating and quality control.
