Salary - $75-85k + Bonus

High-volume Lebanese restaurant in NoMad known for polished hospitality, strong wine culture, and large-format dining.
 
Qualifications:

• Tenure that shows stability in prior roles (no job-hoppers)
• 2-3 years of Dining Room Management experience in an upscale to fine-dining, high-volume NYC restaurant
• Proven track record managing teams and delivering strong guest experiences in busy service environments
• Strong experience training and developing FOH teams including service standards, service flow, and consistency
• Solid wine and beverage knowledge with the ability to coach teams on product knowledge and sales
• Hands-on floor presence during service with the ability to guide and coach staff in real time
• Comfortable supporting scheduling, delegation of responsibilities, and operational execution alongside senior leadership
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or Culinary is a plus but not required
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
