High-end, high-volume restaurant seeks Executive Sous Chef to drive BOH execution, standards, and cost performance.


Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years in upscale or fine-dining kitchens with high-volume exposure.
• Proven BOH leadership with the ability to train, coach, and hold standards.
• Strong financial acumen, including food cost, inventory, and labor controls.
• Calm, organized, and technically strong leader who thrives under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily BOH operations and service execution, stepping in for the Executive Chef as needed.
• Maintain recipe integrity, plating consistency, and quality standards across all stations.
• Drive prep, production, ordering, and inventory to hit food cost and labor targets.
• Partner with FOH leadership and support menu specials to ensure seamless, high-touch service.
