Seeking a refined executive chef for a luxury wine country hotel. 
 
Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years management role in fine dining or luxury hotel
• Multi-unit experience
• passion for farm-to-table cuisine and ideally is familiar with Napa Valley

 
Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations across outlets, banquets, and special events.
• Maintain strict control of food and labor costs.
• Lead, train, mentor, counsel, discipline, and evaluate culinary team members.
