Seeking a dynamic Director to lead a high volume luxury hotel banquet department.
 
Qualifications

• Union staff management
• Detailed knowledge of Banquet operations and Food & Beverage, including strong leadership skills and financial acumen.
• Minimum 2 years experience leading teams in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment with the ability to prioritize competing demands. 

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Banquet and Food & Beverage operations to optimize guest satisfaction, team member engagement, and financial performance.
• Oversee banquet financials, including budgeting, operating systems, and performance tracking.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions while maintaining professional standards aligned with brand culture and 24-hour operational needs.
