Qualifications:
Tenure that shows stability in prior roles (no job-hoppers)
3-5 years of experience in a Food & Beverage leadership role
Strong experience in private clubs or country clubs preferred; non-union hotel backgrounds considered
Proven ability to oversee multiple outlets along with high-volume events, banquets, and private functions
Strong operational discipline with focus on service execution and event readiness
Hands-on leadership style with consistent floor presence and real-time coaching
Strong beverage operations experience including inventory control, ordering, and cost management
Experience hiring, training, and holding teams accountable across both management and hourly staff
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
