A high-volume French restaurant operation within a luxury hotel in Washington, DC is seeking a Sous Chef to support all culinary operations. 
 
Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of Sous Chef experience
• Hotel experience a must with a strong restaurant background with high-volume service
• French Cuisine experience preferred but not required 

Requirements:

• Support the Executive Sous Chef Chef in all kitchen operations
• Lead daily service execution across restaurant, IRD, and banquets
• Train, mentor, and manage BOH team members
• Maintain quality, consistency, and food safety standards
