Boutique Hotel in Southern Vermont is looking for Banquet Chef to join their team
 
Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous Sous Chef experience in a high-volume, full service restaurant.
• 2 or 4 year degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is preferred.
• Someone with ambition and drive to become an Exec Chef
• Passion for mountain lifestyle, outdoor recreation, and community-oriented hospitality

Responsibilities

• 2+ years relative experience in a kitchen of similar size.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to help beyond this job description and wear multiple hats,
• Food Handler Certification, Alcohol Awareness Certification (if applicable).
