A upscale country club in Kiawah Island, SC is looking for a great Executive Pastry Chef to lead and operate their pastry department.
 
 
Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of similar Senior Pastry Chef leadership experience ideally in a upscale restaurant operation. 
• Banquet experience a must. 
• Experience in laminated doughs, baking, and platted desserts. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute pastry and baked items for restaurant and banquet outlets in accordance with menu specifications and established standards.
• Uphold in-depth knowledge of pastry techniques, food products, and sanitation practices to ensure consistent quality and safety. Collaborate effectively with the culinary team while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
